Booking & Payments
You can book directly through our website, call us at +91 8484 53276, or WhatsApp us at +91 99633 50575. We recommend booking in advance during peak seasons (April-June and October-December).
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. For online bookings, a 50% advance payment is required.
Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged one night's stay. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible based on availability.
Yes, we offer free parking for our guests. The parking area is secure and located within our premises.
We offer complimentary tea/coffee.
We are approximately 45 km from Ooty (2.5 hours drive) and 30 km from Coonoor (1.5 hours drive).
Coimbatore Airport is 45 km away (approximately 1.5 hours). Coimbatore Railway Station is 35 km away (approximately 1 hour). We can arrange pickup services at additional cost, or you can take a cab/taxi to Mettupalayam.
Yes, the Mettupalayam bus stand is 1.5 km away, and the Mettupalayam railway station is 2 km from our homestay. Auto-rickshaws are readily available.
Absolutely. We prioritize the safety of all our guests. Our property has security, well-lit areas, and 24-hour front desk service.
